The Same Day as Making Strides, we had a second crew hit the road down to Abbeville for our annual appearance in the Cattle Festival Parade!
A huge thanks goes out to this festival, because they give us a $400 donation every year to march in the parade! It was a little confusing at first trying to figure out where to line up since they changed the route this year, but it was all smooth sailing from there!
(I also learned something the hard way here. Do NOT point a PKE meter out your truck’s window during a parade in Louisiana. Everyone will think you’re throwing it to them.)
But yeah, we had fun!
