When a spring breeze is in the air and April rolls around Louisiana Ghostbusters know its time for Autism Awareness Month. Autism Awareness events are near and dear to several of our members since it personally affects their children.

pril 2, 2016, marked our 5th Annual appearance at SOAR’s Autism Awareness Walk & Family Fun Day. With Lakeview Regional Medical Center as our backdrop Autism teams from around the area converged for SOAR’s Biggest Fundraising event of the year. Flanked by our Support Vehicle and the Ugly Lil Spud himself we were front and center for this years festivities.
Louisiana Ghostbusters along with 501st Battalion, SpongeBob, Elsa, Buzz & Woody, and Cat in the Hat entertained guests of all ages. No SOAR event would be complete without our notorious rendition of the Ghostbusters Shuffle which thanks to the DJ was accompanied by the Ghostbusters Theme Song. When there’s something strange in the neighborhood indeed.
We look forward to our next appearance at this amazing event which is already locked in for April 1, 2017!
